Reservation privacy notice
Draft for launch review · 9 September 2026
This notice covers the soft-reservation form on longevity.eir.space. It does not yet cover laboratory testing or the later processing of health or genetic data; those activities require separate, specific information and consent before purchase.
Who is responsible
Eir Space is the intended controller for the contact information submitted through this form. Before public launch, replace this paragraph with the full legal entity name, Swedish organisation number, postal address, and privacy contact.
What we collect
We collect your first name, email address, optional phone number, country, optional city or region, contact preference, consent records, offer version, and submission time. The form does not ask for symptoms, diagnoses, medical records, laboratory results, or genetic data.
Why and on what basis
We use the required form information to register and manage your request to be contacted about Eir Longevity, based on the steps you ask us to take before a possible purchase. Optional product updates are based on your separate consent. Submitting this form does not create a purchase contract.
Storage and recipients
Reservations are intended to be stored in an access-controlled Cloudflare D1 database. If configured, the same limited contact record may be sent to a restricted Google Sheet and/or an internal notification service. Service providers act under their applicable data-processing terms. No health or genetic data should be sent through this reservation flow.
Retention
Reservation records should be reviewed and deleted no later than 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless you become a customer or another documented retention obligation applies. Optional marketing data should be deleted or suppressed when you withdraw consent.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to certain processing. You can withdraw optional marketing consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Contact privacy@eir.space. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Security and transfers
Access should be limited to people who need to manage the launch, with encrypted transport and administrative access controls. Any transfer outside the EU/EEA must use an applicable safeguard and be described in the final notice.
Important launch note
This is an implementation-ready draft, not legal advice. The legal entity, processor list, transfer details, retention rule, and contact routes must be verified before the form is made public.
